Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 2026
Welcome to Alabama Aviation Detailing, a website powered by Dunn Right Detailing LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By requesting our services or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
Dunn Right Detailing LLC provides professional mobile exterior detailing services for aircraft, automobiles, marine vessels, and other approved vehicles. Services may include exterior washing, polishing, light paint correction, oxidation removal, ceramic coatings, hail damage repair, and other exterior finish restoration services.
All services are performed on-site at the customer's designated location. We do not operate from a physical detailing shop.
2. Service Area
Our primary service area is Birmingham, Alabama, and surrounding communities. We routinely travel throughout Alabama and may accept projects in neighboring states.
Travel fees may apply depending on the project location and will be communicated prior to scheduling.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of the request.
A deposit may be required to lock in service date and time.
Final pricing may change if:
-
The actual condition of the aircraft or vehicle differs from what was represented.
-
Additional services are requested.
-
Previously undisclosed damage or contamination requires additional labor.
No work outside the original estimate will be performed without customer approval.
4. Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled by phone or email only.
Customers requesting cancellation or rescheduling should provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe working conditions, airport restrictions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services.
Customers are granted a 10-day grace period from the invoice date before an account is considered overdue.
Accepted payment methods include:
-
PayPal
-
Venmo
-
ACH Transfer
Past-due invoices may be subject to late fees. Applicable fees will be outlined on the invoice or service agreement.

For aircraft services, the customer represents that:
-
The aircraft is safe to work around.
-
Required permissions from the airport, FBO, or property owner have been obtained.
-
Doors, windows, baggage compartments, batteries, and avionics have been properly secured before work begins.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in delays, rescheduling, or refusal of service.
7. Existing Damage and Paint Condition
Detailing is intended to improve and preserve existing finishes. It is not a substitute for professional bodywork or repainting.
Customers acknowledge that their aircraft, vehicle, or vessel may contain existing:

8. Paint Correction
Light paint correction is designed to reduce minor imperfections and improve overall gloss.
Results vary depending on the age, condition, thickness, and previous repair history of the finish.
We do not guarantee complete removal of scratches, oxidation, staining, or other permanent defects.
9. Right to Refuse or Stop Work
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions become unsafe or unsuitable, including but not limited to:
-
Severe weather
-
Unsafe work environments
